Hotel booking deadline other than RENAISSANCE is 17th March

Booking Terms:

1. Rooms have been blocked at hotels till 17th March 2008 . Upon receipt of your request, ICE will check availability at the respective hotel(s). ICE will revert to you with the status & payment details.
2. The confirmation will be subject to receipt of advance by ICE by the date specified by ICE. The advance amount & cut-off date may vary from hotel to hotel and will be advised at the time of processing the reservation.
3. Please give multiple options as the city is very busy during the conference period.
4. In case non-availability of hotel(s) of your choice, ICE will be pleased to suggest you the alternatives.
5. The exchange orders (vouchers) bills will be given at the time of final payment. You will need to produce the exchange order to the hotel at the time of checking-In
6. The receipts, if required at the time of final payment must berequested in advance. Else, the receipts will be e-mailed after the conference.
7. Government Service Tax of 3.09% will be applicable at the time of final billing.
